Job Title:- Customer Support Executive (E-commerce)
Job Description / Responsibility
- We need an extra pair of hands to do data entry/update on our existing e-commerce site.
- You need to be smart and be able to do multi tasking.
- Some of the jobs require
- Data entry and update existing data by following up with the retailers.
- Attend customer calls.
- Co-ordinate orders and logistics.
- Responsible for fulfillment activities, online sales and customer support.
- This individual will work closely with Sales Team, Vendor Partners and Shipping Services to support smooth and efficient operations.
- Bachelor/ Honours Degree
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support through Phone, Online (web/e-mail) Support
- You need to be smart and outgoing type of character.
- Experience with order management and shipping software a plus.
- High proficiency in adobe Photoshop.
- Must have excellent written, verbal skills.
- Must be a team player and able to work with others.
- Manage e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfilment.
- Accurately process customer quotes and sales orders.
- Monitor and investigate all orders to minimize fraud.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, including taking orders, troubleshooting web problems, and resolving customer concerns.
- Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.
- Tk. 15000 – 20000
