Job Description / Responsibility
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • 1. Act to achieve overall sales target 33000 units of RAL for the year of 2017 under the guidance of the supervisor.
  • 2. To follow the policy, procedure and instruction manuals of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Management system to maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards in the activities.
  • 3. Act to achieve overall sales target 33000 units of RAL for the year of 2017 under the guidance of the supervisor.
  • 4. To follow the policy, procedure and instruction manuals of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Management system to maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards in the activities.
  • 5. Act to achieve Sales target of Runner Automobiles Ltd for the year of 2017 under the guidance of supervisor (DGM, Corporate Business).
  • 6. Visit at least 3 to 5 corporate buyers (existing & potential), per day .present the corporate presentation, get information of buyers (Details of the assigned person in concern department, details of influencers & decision makers; their form of transportation and channels of operation) and update the supervisor for the next course of action.
  • 7. Convince the transport manager/ transport officer about RUNNER Motorbikes focusing on more profit, more driving comfort, less maintenance and less run down time. Find out the decision maker and make appointment with them with the help of the TM/TO and continue a good relation with them.
  • 8. Update market information according to market segment wise, match existing product with customer requirement and pursue offer letter.
  • 9. Report timely to supervisor with daily visit report. The report contains the information of existing & potential clients, daily visit activity, & next day visit plan.
  • 10. Use technological support to acquire multitasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • 11. Follow up vehicle performance and ensure the free service whether that is taken timely or not.
  • 12. Complete the process to deliver the motorbike to customer, arrange the hand over of the vehicle physically.
  • 13. Handover vehicle documents and gift items timely to the right person with receiving document.
  • 14. Give more importance on after sales service and respond immediately if any problem occurs, and solve it with the coordination of the responsible person of service department.
  • 15. Get update about product knowledge and attain in regular training.
  • 16. Assist the supervisor to prepare the forecast of sales.
  • 17. Update the supervisor about the new area of the market & competitor market information.
  • 18. Guiding & assisting the subordinates to achieve monthly sales target
  • 19. Preparing daily visit report & helping the subordinates to ensure same

Educational Requirements
  • BBA / MBA in Marketing from reputed University preferably from Public University,
Experience Requirements
  • 6 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Sales, Public Relation, Customer Support/Client Service, Corporate Marketing, Tele Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Automobile
Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 35 year(s)
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
  • Should have good physical fitness
  • Smartness with impressive personality, Self Motivated & Positive Minded.
  • Having experience on automobile sales in Chittagong, Khulna, and Rangpur City will be highly preferred.
  • Capable of riding motorcycle with a valid driving license or on having mentality to ride motorcycle for visit the clients.
