Job Context
    The position requires the ability to see the big picture of RDL`s overall corporate & retail business as its significant responsibilities includes preparing annual Business, Sales and Marketing plan for Corporate Business. Prepare development plan for corporate business and initiate changes in the way of implementing the plan, ensure expansion of the business, ensure customer satisfaction through proactive approach and quality after sales service. This position needs to work in a competitive business environment where competitors and dealers have strong footprint in Corporate Business.
Job Description / Responsibility
  • Monitor overall Corporate Business of the SBU.
  • Formulate strategy and prepare Annual Business Plan for Corporate Business.
  • Prepare quarterly & monthly sales forecasting, and conduct sale planning accordingly to achieve agreed sales target.
  • Ensure profitable negotiation and value added services to the corporate customer to enhance corporate foot holds.
  • Use market intelligence report to ensure business strategies are pre-emptive and consider competitors’ strengths and weaknesses to ensure sustainability and desired market share.
  • Manage and lead overall Corporate Sales team towards achieving business goal.
  • Manage overall credit facilities within target limit, and control over receivables from Corporate.
  • Establish a process of measuring customer satisfaction, and extend high standard after sales service to the Corporate Clients.
  • Ensure effective sales call planning and attend regular corporate sales calls to attain profitable negotiation.
  • Increasing of the number of corporate fold to enhance business and desired market share.

Educational Requirements
    Preferably to have MBA major in Marketing/ Masters in Marketing.
Experience Requirements
  • 8 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Sales, Distribution/Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Development, Relationship Management/Key Account Management, International/Export Marketing, Corporate Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Battery, Storage cell, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Requirements
  • Age At least 35 year(s)
  • The job holder requires demonstrating Strong analytical ability, having computer literacy, ability to manage critical situation, knowledge of statistics, ability to work under stress and most importantly holds team mentality. Relevant experience in MNC or locally reputed organization is essential.
