Job Context
    We are looking for Manager/ Deputy Manager (Credit Recovery of Tractor Division).
Job Description / Responsibility
  • Set Yearly and Monthly Recovery target.
  • Achieve monthly as well as yearly target on loan recovery. (Regular, Payment Missing & Overdue loan)
  • Monitor activities of field staff that are directly involved with Sales and Recovery activities.
  • Follow up day to day work of officers & find out their problems & give advice and suggestion to overcome the problem related to Recovery.
  • Maintain close contact with Local Authorities and Administration to boast up Recovery.
  • Check competitor movement on individual credit situation.
  • Field monitoring & evaluation of field staffs.
  • React seasonal impact of product Credit Recovery.
  • Find out overdue and critical customers and make policies for smooth recovery.
  • Check credit, basis on Budget VS Achievement.
  • Ensure the legal procedures regarding given credit and recovery.
  • Formulation and maintenance of strategy regarding credit operations of the business.
  • Policy making on different business issues.
  • Conduct frequent Recovery tour throughout the country in connection with Recovery and Seize vehicles.
  • Chalk out work plan of Officers for smooth functioning of day to day activities.
  • Provides all types of reports as per Management requirement.

Educational Requirements
    Graduate/ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 7 year(s)
Job Requirements
  • Age At most 50 year(s)
  • Experience in Micro-credit/ Micro Finance will be added advantage
  • Minimum 7 years experience in sales, marketing & recovery
  • Two (2) years experience in Recovery of Tractor industry will get preference
  • Good communication skills both in English and Bengali
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work under pressure and must be able to multi-task and be flexible
  • Pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
  • Must be disciplined and dependable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must
  • Should have ability to tour the field for recovery
