- To provide proper customer service
Job Description / Responsibility
- Customer Communication:
- As per notification contact customer.
- Customer Complaint Management.
- Register Customer complaint in SAP system.
- Check applicable warranty condition for both product and component
- Inform customer on warranty terms and conditions.
- Inform customer on out of warranty service details and applicable charges.
- Provide information on any promotional offer applicable for Service Department.
- When inquired, inform or update customer on current service or spare parts status as required.
- Service Task :
- As per customer information, select technician/team who will perform the job based on location, service capacity, and other applicable resources.
- Send Customer, information about technician assigned for the job.
- Escalate notification information to higher level, if delayed after estimated time.
- Training and Development:
- In discussion with supervisor plan for self-development
- Develop process, to assist Service department in relation with SVC Helpline and identification of opportunity for improvement.
- Perform tasks assigned by management
- Minimum Graduation form any reputed institution
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
- 1 to 3 Years (Customer Communication and Complaint Management)
- Computer literacy along with Microsoft office.
