Manager, SCOPE (Contractual)

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Managing the up-gradation of existing Day Care Center and establishment of DCC within community
  • Establish access to legal aid services of the workers within garments
  • Opening and coordinating primary school at ECHOTEX community
  • Strengthen access to health service of garments’ worker
  • Create a supportive environment for children for pre-primary and primary schooling
  • Facilitate gender sensitive activities to ensure decent working environment
  • Taking initiatives for enhancing leadership capacity of female worker
  • Taking initiatives to develop capacity of staff, teachers, volunteers and garment workers
  • Manage the total implementation of the project along with planning and reporting
  • Communicate with BRAC programmes to ensure sectoral technical support for implementing the project
Job Nature
  • Full-time, Contractual
Educational Requirements
    Masters in Social Science from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Trainer, Advocacy
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Training Institutes, Garments
Job Requirements
  • Age At most 40 year(s)
  • Knowledge of Pre-primary and Primary education system
  • Have ability to manage time and work independently
  • Excellent communication ability in both written and oral
  • Facilitating training and workshops
  • Teamwork and team building capacity
