CVM Insights & Analysis Manager


Job Context
    Department/Division/Job Location: Customer Life-cycle Management/Marketing/Dhaka
Job Description / Responsibility
  • Initiate analytical research to drive ARPU growth through improved targeting and the creation of new and enhanced propositions
  • Support definition & implementation of a CVM Performance Management & Analysis approach in close cooperation with respective teams.
  • Create, implement & drive ARPU increase/ protect initiatives for the customer base through consistent, commercially actionable analysis and briefings.
  • Develop and understand the customer base through rigorous, fact based integrated ARPU base reporting and channel performance
  • Own the base forecast for ARPU development, month/ month, year/ year putting in place proactive measures to come in on target and detailed budget
  • Own mitigation of ARPU dilution through new tariff introductions
  • Churn/inactivity/multi-sim propensity modelling and forecasting
  • Contribute to data mining architectures, modelling standards, reporting, and data analysis methodologies and make recommendations on data mining process; Provide and apply quality assured best practices for data mining/analysis services.
  • Input into in-life, below the line propositions and capabilities working closely with product development/ marketing based on deep customer insight.
  • Acquire, store and update all critical customer data in an organized manner from business intelligence team; server storage and set priority for data upload and offload; Develop automated process, job functions or techniques for quick analysis. Respond and resolve data mining performance issues.

Educational Requirements
  • A degree in Business or any related field of study with a strong requirement for critical thinking and commercial execution
  • Post-graduate qualification will have added advantage
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Requirements
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in the Commercial and/or Technology related environments within an ICT Company
  • 2 years’ experience in cross functional role
  • Data mining language: SQL/PLSQL
  • Deep insight and analytical skills/ number savvy
  • Direct Marketing techniques
