Customer Service Executive – ACI Fertilizer

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Provide feedback about the performance of the field force to the Supervisor.
  • Proper maintenance of sales force files as per need of the business.
  • Build up relationship with distribution, sales and marketing team of Fertilizer.
  • Provide necessary support to the field force and head office employees.
  • Receive and deliver mails, receive messages from customers, field forces and other sources and communicate to the respective persons to take necessary action.
  • Check the field force monthly, quarterly product incentive as per guide line and pass to Finance Department after approval.

Educational Requirements
    BBA/MBA in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business support activities will be preferred.
  • Age not more than 30.
  • Interest to build career in agribusiness sector.
