Customer Service Executive – ACI Fertilizer
Job Description / Responsibility
- Provide feedback about the performance of the field force to the Supervisor.
- Proper maintenance of sales force files as per need of the business.
- Build up relationship with distribution, sales and marketing team of Fertilizer.
- Provide necessary support to the field force and head office employees.
- Receive and deliver mails, receive messages from customers, field forces and other sources and communicate to the respective persons to take necessary action.
- Check the field force monthly, quarterly product incentive as per guide line and pass to Finance Department after approval.
- BBA/MBA in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business support activities will be preferred.
- Age not more than 30.
